🍽️ Fruity Quark with Roasted Almonds

Ingredients
- 4 Kiwis
- 1 small pineapple
- 200 g blue grapes
- 6 tbsp lime juice
- 250 g quark
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp chopped almond kernels
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kiwis and remove the tough core.
- 2. Cut the pineapple into four lengthwise wedges and remove the hard core at the top.
- 3. Carefully separate the pineapple flesh from the hard skin.
- 4. Cut the kiwi and pineapple flesh into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 5. Wash the grapes thoroughly and halve them.
- 6. Place all the prepared fruits into a large bowl.
- 7. Pour four tablespoons of lime juice over the fruits and mix everything well.
- 8. Whisk the remaining lime juice, the quark, and the maple syrup in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 9. Heat a pan and roast the almonds in it without adding any extra fat.
- 10. Take three-quarters of the roasted almonds and stir them into the quark.
- 11. Place a spoonful of quark onto each pineapple wedge.
- 12. Distribute the remaining fruit salad generously over the quark.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished dish with the remaining roasted almonds.
