  1. 1. Peel the kiwis and remove the tough core.
  2. 2. Cut the pineapple into four lengthwise wedges and remove the hard core at the top.
  3. 3. Carefully separate the pineapple flesh from the hard skin.
  4. 4. Cut the kiwi and pineapple flesh into small, bite-sized cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the grapes thoroughly and halve them.
  6. 6. Place all the prepared fruits into a large bowl.
  7. 7. Pour four tablespoons of lime juice over the fruits and mix everything well.
  8. 8. Whisk the remaining lime juice, the quark, and the maple syrup in a separate bowl until smooth.
  9. 9. Heat a pan and roast the almonds in it without adding any extra fat.
  10. 10. Take three-quarters of the roasted almonds and stir them into the quark.
  11. 11. Place a spoonful of quark onto each pineapple wedge.
  12. 12. Distribute the remaining fruit salad generously over the quark.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the finished dish with the remaining roasted almonds.
