  1. 1. Wash the limes thoroughly with hot water and dry them.
  2. 2. Grate the peel of the first lime finely to obtain zest.
  3. 3. Grate the peel of the second lime finely as well.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice out of both limes.
  5. 5. Add the lime zest, lime juice, coconut water, and sugar to a pot.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. 7. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  8. 8. Remove 4 tablespoons of the hot syrup mixture and set it aside.
  9. 9. Add the lime zest to the removed 4 tablespoons of syrup and set it aside as well.
  10. 10. Let the remaining liquid in the pot cool down.
  11. 11. Stir the yogurt and quark smoothly into the cooled liquid.
  12. 12. Whip the coconut cream until creamy.
  13. 13. Gently fold the whipped coconut cream into the quark mixture.
  14. 14. Distribute the cream onto glasses or small bowls.
  15. 15. Place the cream in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  16. 16. Drizzle the finished cream with the reserved lime-coconut syrup before serving.
