🍰 Quark ice cream with mixed berries

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp almond sticks
- 250 g strawberries
- 150 g raspberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 4 tbsp raspberry sauce (ready-made product)
- 250 g cream quark
- 250 ml vanilla ice cream (thawed)
- waffle wafer
Instructions
- 1. Toast the almond slivers in a pan without adding any fat.
- 2. Remove the toasted almonds from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 3. Rinse the strawberries under cold water.
- 4. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 5. Cut the strawberries in half.
- 6. Sort through the raspberries and blueberries and remove any leaves or bad berries.
- 7. Mix the prepared berries with the raspberry sauce.
- 8. Stir the quark with the vanilla ice cream until a creamy mixture forms.
- 9. Place the quark ice mixture onto the plates immediately.
- 10. Distribute the berry mixture and the wafer sheets over the quark ice cream.
- 11. Sprinkle the toasted almond slivers over the dessert.
- 12. Serve the dish immediately.
