  4. 4. Thoroughly wash the snow peas and the peas.
  5. 5. Blanch the snow peas and peas in boiling salted water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. 6. Immediately shock the vegetables with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  7. 7. Let the vegetables drain well.
  8. 8. Wash the spring onions and remove the dry ends.
  9. 9. Cut the spring onions into thin strips.
  10. 10. Rinse the turkey meat and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  11. 11. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  13. 13. Rub the chopped garlic with a pinch of salt to form a fine paste.
  14. 14. Mix the garlic paste with the oil and harissa.
  15. 15. Mix the marinade evenly with the turkey strips.
