  1. 1. Cut the turkey breast into thin strips.
  2. 2. Whisk the soy sauce, egg yolk, and curry paste together in a bowl.
  3. 3. Place the turkey strips in the marinade and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the meat marinate for at least one hour.
  5. 5. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  6. 6. Slice the cucumber into long, thin strips.
  7. 7. Arrange the cucumber strips on four plates.
  8. 8. Season the cucumbers with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Wash the chili pepper and remove the inside along with the seeds.
  10. 10. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
  11. 11. Peel the carrots.
  12. 12. Cut the carrots into very thin, long strips (julienne).
  13. 13. Heat the cooking fat in a frying pan.
  14. 14. Fry the marinated meat pieces together with the carrot strips in the pan.
  15. 15. Add the chili pepper rings to the pan shortly before the end of the cooking time.
  16. 16. Distribute the fried meat onto the prepared plates with the cucumbers.
