🍽️ Grilled Turkey Strips with Fresh Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 carrot
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp curry paste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the turkey breast into thin strips.
- 2. Whisk the soy sauce, egg yolk, and curry paste together in a bowl.
- 3. Place the turkey strips in the marinade and toss to coat them evenly.
- 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the meat marinate for at least one hour.
- 5. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 6. Slice the cucumber into long, thin strips.
- 7. Arrange the cucumber strips on four plates.
- 8. Season the cucumbers with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Wash the chili pepper and remove the inside along with the seeds.
- 10. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
- 11. Peel the carrots.
- 12. Cut the carrots into very thin, long strips (julienne).
- 13. Heat the cooking fat in a frying pan.
- 14. Fry the marinated meat pieces together with the carrot strips in the pan.
- 15. Add the chili pepper rings to the pan shortly before the end of the cooking time.
- 16. Distribute the fried meat onto the prepared plates with the cucumbers.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
