🍽️ Tender Turkey Strips with Crisp Broccoli in Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 800 g broccoli
- salt
- 1 organic lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the turkey breast into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the broccoli thoroughly under running water.
- 5. Remove the tough stems and divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 6. Bring water in a pot to a boil and add some salt.
- 7. Add the broccoli florets to the boiling water.
- 8. Cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 10. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
- 11. Peel the lemon skin into fine strips (zest).
- 12. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 13. Peel the garlic clove.
- 14. Mince the garlic very finely.
- 15. Wash the parsley.
- 16. Shake the parsley dry.
- 17. Mince the parsley finely.
- 18. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 19. Fry the turkey strips for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 20. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 21. Deglaze the meat with the lemon juice.
- 22. Add a little water if necessary.
- 23. Add the cooked broccoli to the pan.
- 24. Add the lemon zest to the pan.
- 25. Add the minced garlic to the pan.
- 26. Let the ingredients simmer briefly.
- 27. Add the chopped parsley.
- 28. Taste the dish and adjust seasoning if needed.
