  4. 4. Wash the broccoli thoroughly under running water.
  5. 5. Remove the tough stems and divide the broccoli into small florets.
  6. 6. Bring water in a pot to a boil and add some salt.
  7. 7. Add the broccoli florets to the boiling water.
  8. 8. Cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  10. 10. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
  11. 11. Peel the lemon skin into fine strips (zest).
  12. 12. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  13. 13. Peel the garlic clove.
  14. 14. Mince the garlic very finely.
  15. 15. Wash the parsley.
  16. 16. Shake the parsley dry.
  17. 17. Mince the parsley finely.
  18. 18. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  19. 19. Fry the turkey strips for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  20. 20. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Deglaze the meat with the lemon juice.
  22. 22. Add a little water if necessary.
  23. 23. Add the cooked broccoli to the pan.
  24. 24. Add the lemon zest to the pan.
  25. 25. Add the minced garlic to the pan.
  26. 26. Let the ingredients simmer briefly.
  27. 27. Add the chopped parsley.
