  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Trim the spring onions, wash them, and slice them into paper-thin strips.
  3. 3. Grind the turkey meat through a meat grinder or chop it very finely.
  4. 4. Mix the meat in a bowl with the garlic, spring onions, egg, breadcrumbs, and ginger.
  5. 5. Season the meat mixture with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
  6. 6. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
  7. 7. Shape each portion into a thick sausage about 4 to 5 centimeters long.
  8. 8. Thread the meat sausages onto the skewers.
  9. 9. Press the meat firmly against the skewers so it does not slip off.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the skewers on all sides until golden brown in the pan.
  12. 12. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
  13. 13. Spin the salad leaves dry.
  14. 14. Place the dry salad leaves on a plate.
  15. 15. Fill the salad leaves with the red cabbage and carrot strips.
  16. 16. Place the fried turkey skewers on top of the vegetables.
  17. 17. Serve the skewers with sweet and sour chili sauce as desired.
