  4. 4. Stir the cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Fold in the parmesan and herbs into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. 6. Season the filling with salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
  7. 7. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the meat slices.
  8. 8. Roll up the meat slices tightly.
  9. 9. Tie the roulades securely with kitchen twine.
  10. 10. Season the outer surface of the rolls with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Coat the roulades in flour so they are completely covered.
  12. 12. Dip the floured rolls into the beaten eggs.
  13. 13. Roll the roulades in the sesame seeds.
