🍽️ Turkey Roulades with Cheese Filling

Ingredients
- 12 slices turkey breast fillet (approx. 60 g each)
- 250 g Ricotta
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (dill and tarragon)
- salt
- 1 dash lemon juice
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast slices briefly under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pound the meat slices flat until they are thin.
- 4. Stir the cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl.
- 5. Fold in the parmesan and herbs into the cream cheese mixture.
- 6. Season the filling with salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
- 7. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the meat slices.
- 8. Roll up the meat slices tightly.
- 9. Tie the roulades securely with kitchen twine.
- 10. Season the outer surface of the rolls with salt and pepper.
- 11. Coat the roulades in flour so they are completely covered.
- 12. Dip the floured rolls into the beaten eggs.
- 13. Roll the roulades in the sesame seeds.
- 14. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 15. Fry the roulades for about 10 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- 16. Remove the finished roulades from the pan.
- 17. Place the rolls onto the plates.
- 18. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs if desired.
- 19. Serve the roulades immediately.
