🍽️ Spiced Turkey Roulades with Raisins

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp oil
- 150 g ground beef
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 4 thin turkey cutlets (approx. 140 g each)

Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions.
- 2. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large pan.
- 6. Add the minced meat to the hot pan.
- 7. Fry the meat together with the garlic for about five minutes.
- 8. Fry the meat until it is crumbly.
- 9. Add the cut spring onions to the pan.
- 10. Sprinkle cumin over the meat and vegetable mixture.
- 11. Add a pinch of cinnamon.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Season the mixture with cayenne pepper.
- 14. Stir the raisins into the meat mixture.
- 15. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 16. Let the filling cool down briefly.
- 17. Pound the turkey cutlets flat.
- 18. Season the cutlets with a pinch of salt.
- 19. Season the cutlets with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- 20. Spread the cooled meat mixture evenly over the cutlets.
- 21. Roll the cutlets up tightly.
- 22. Secure the rolls with wooden skewers.
- 23. Heat the remaining oil in a clean pan.
- 24. Fry the rolls all around over medium heat.
- 25. Pour one cup of water into the pan.
- 26. Cover the pan with a lid.
- 27. Let the rolls cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- 28. Serve the finished roulades with couscous or rice, for example.
