  7. 7. Fry the meat together with the garlic for about five minutes.
  8. 8. Fry the meat until it is crumbly.
  9. 9. Add the cut spring onions to the pan.
  10. 10. Sprinkle cumin over the meat and vegetable mixture.
  11. 11. Add a pinch of cinnamon.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt.

  14. 14. Stir the raisins into the meat mixture.
