🍽️ Asparagus Turkey Rolls with Lime

Ingredients
- 150 g white asparagus
- 5 g ginger (1 piece)
- 0.5 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 lime
- salt
- pepper
- 4 stalks chives
- 30 g smoked turkey breast (2 slices)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the asparagus thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus stalks.
- 3. Peel the asparagus stalks generously with a vegetable peeler.
- 4. Peel the ginger.
- 5. Grate the ginger finely.
- 6. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan slightly.
- 7. Add the grated ginger and the asparagus to the pan.
- 8. Fry the ingredients over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
- 9. Turn the asparagus and ginger occasionally while frying.
- 10. Squeeze half of the lime.
- 11. Pour the lime juice over the asparagus.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 14. Wash the chives.
- 15. Shake the chives dry.
- 16. Place two chive stalks horizontally next to each other on the cutting board.
- 17. Place a slice of smoked turkey breast on the chive stalks.
- 18. Distribute the asparagus on the turkey breast slice.
- 19. Roll up the turkey breast slice with the asparagus.
- 20. Tie the chive stalks carefully.
- 21. Close the rolls with the knots.
- 22. Plate the finished rolls.
