  2. 2. Pat the drumsticks completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  4. 4. Coat the turkey drumsticks evenly with the marinade.
  5. 5. Place lemon slices on top of the marinated drumsticks.
  6. 6. Cover the drumsticks and place them in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  7. 7. Turn the drumsticks over several times during the marinating process.
  8. 8. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a large casserole dish.
  9. 9. Remove the turkey drumsticks from the marinade.
  10. 10. Season the drumsticks generously with salt.
  11. 11. Sear the drumsticks on all sides in the pan.
  12. 12. Deglaze the drumsticks with wine.
  13. 13. Pour in the broth.
  14. 14. Place the casserole dish in the oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius.
  15. 15. Roast the drumsticks for about 1 hour.
  16. 16. Occasionally baste the drumsticks with the pan juices during cooking.
