🍽️ Quick Turkey Stew with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 400 g turkey cutlets
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g gherkins
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove visible fat and sinews from the meat.
- 4. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 5. Clean the mushrooms of dirt.
- 6. Slice the mushrooms into thin rounds.
- 7. Slice the gherkins lengthwise into thin rounds.
- 8. Wash the parsley.
- 9. Shake the parsley dry.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley.
- 11. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
- 12. Sear the meat over high heat.
- 13. Fry the meat on all sides.
- 14. Remove the meat from the pan after 3 to 5 minutes.
- 15. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil.
- 16. Keep the meat warm.
- 17. Heat the remaining oil in the pan very strongly.
- 18. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat.
- 19. Stir the mushrooms while doing so.
- 20. Make sure the mushrooms do not become watery.
- 21. Add the gherkin slices.
- 22. Let the gherkins warm up.
- 23. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 24. Stir in the sour cream.
- 25. Season the sauce with salt.
- 26. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 27. Season the sauce with lemon juice.
- 28. Return the meat with the juices to the pan.
- 29. Let the dish simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 30. Plate the food.
- 31. Sprinkle the dish with parsley.
- 32. Serve the turkey stew.
