🍽️ Quick Turkey Stew with Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, orange)
- 600 g turkey strips
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- paprika powder
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 bunch marjoram
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and core, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Heat butter in a large pan.
- 4. Sear the turkey strips in the hot butter on all sides.
- 5. Season the meat to your liking.
- 6. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
- 7. Sauté the onion cubes and pepper pieces in the remaining butter.
- 8. Deglaze the vegetables with white wine.
- 9. Pour in the cream.
- 10. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.
- 11. Return the turkey strips to the sauce.
- 12. Warm the meat in the sauce without boiling it.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt and paprika powder.
- 14. Sprinkle the dish with fresh marjoram leaves.
- 15. Serve the stew with rice, if desired.
