  2. 2. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and core, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a large pan.
  4. 4. Sear the turkey strips in the hot butter on all sides.
  5. 5. Season the meat to your liking.
  6. 6. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
  7. 7. Sauté the onion cubes and pepper pieces in the remaining butter.
  8. 8. Deglaze the vegetables with white wine.
  9. 9. Pour in the cream.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.
  11. 11. Return the turkey strips to the sauce.
  12. 12. Warm the meat in the sauce without boiling it.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with salt and paprika powder.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the dish with fresh marjoram leaves.
  15. 15. Serve the stew with rice, if desired.
