🍽️ Tender Turkey Strips in Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tsp spelt flour
- 125 ml chicken broth
- 250 g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Slice the turkey meat into thin strips.
- 2. Season the meat strips generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 4. Fry the meat strips in batches until golden brown.
- 5. Remove the fried meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 6. Peel the onions and garlic.
- 7. Chop the vegetables finely.
- 8. Sauté the onion and garlic mixture in the remaining butter until translucent.
- 9. Sprinkle the vegetables with paprika powder and spelt flour.
- 10. Stir the spices and flour briefly.
- 11. Deglaze the mixture with broth.
- 12. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- 13. Stir in the cream.
- 14. Let the sauce reduce slightly over high heat.
- 15. Return the turkey meat to the sauce.
- 16. Warm the meat through in the sauce.
- 17. Plate the dish.
- 18. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
