🍽️ Grilled Turkey Skewers with Lime

Ingredients
- 800 g turkey meat
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lime
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions.
- 2. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 3. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Add the onion rings to the vinegar-oil mixture.
- 5. Cut the turkey meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 6. Place the meat in the marinade for one hour.
- 7. Remove the meat from the marinade and let the excess drip off.
- 8. Thread the meat pieces onto the skewers.
- 9. Season the skewers with a little salt and pepper.
- 10. Preheat your grill.
- 11. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 12. Grill the skewers for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 13. Brush the skewers repeatedly with the remaining marinade while grilling.
- 14. Slice the limes into rounds.
- 15. Serve the grilled skewers with the lime slices.
