  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes as well.
  4. 4. Take a portion of the onion cubes and mix them with the tomato cubes and the parsley.
  5. 5. Set this mixture aside as a fresh tomato salad.
  6. 6. Season the ground turkey with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Add the breadcrumbs and the remaining onion cubes to the meat.
  8. 8. Knead everything well together until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  9. 9. Shape the meat mixture into flat patties.
  10. 10. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the patties in the hot butter until golden brown on all sides.
  12. 12. Cook the patties for a total of about 10 minutes until they are fully cooked.
  13. 13. Slice the burger buns horizontally.
  14. 14. Spread ketchup on the bun halves.
  15. 15. Place the fried patties on the buns.
