  2. 2. Wash the turkey meat and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Mix the chopped garlic with salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of oil to make a marinade.
  5. 5. Coat the turkey meat thoroughly with this garlic mixture.
  6. 6. Sear the meat on all sides in an ovenproof pan.
  7. 7. Place the pan in the preheated oven.
  8. 8. Pour about 100 milliliters of poultry stock over the meat while it cooks.
  9. 9. Let the turkey breast cook in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  10. 10. Wash the white asparagus thoroughly.
  11. 11. Peel the asparagus completely with a vegetable peeler.
  12. 12. Cut off the woody, tough ends of the asparagus stalks.
  13. 13. Tie the asparagus into several small bundles using kitchen twine.
  14. 14. Fill a large pot with water and add some sugar and salt.
  15. 15. Bring the water to a boil.
  16. 16. Add the asparagus bundles to the boiling water.
