🍽️ Grilled turkey breast with fresh tomato salsa

Ingredients
- 300 g turkey breast fillet (4 thin slices)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp chopped oregano
- 1 tsp hot paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 green chili pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press.
- 2. Mix the pressed garlic with oregano, paprika powder, salt, and oil in a bowl.
- 3. Turn the turkey breast slices in the spice mixture until they are completely coated.
- 4. Let the meat marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice the flesh finely.
- 7. Peel the onion and dice it finely as well.
- 8. Wash the chili peppers, slice them lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
- 9. Cut the chili peppers into small cubes.
- 10. Combine the diced tomatoes, onions, chili peppers, fresh coriander, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 11. Season the salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
- 12. Heat a non-stick pan without adding extra fat.
- 13. Fry the marinated turkey breast slices for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 14. Serve the fried meat together with the fresh tomato salsa.
