Ingredients
- 600 g Turkey roast (with skin)
- Salt
- 3 tbsp coarse-grained mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- colorful pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Season the turkey breast generously with salt on all sides.
- 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 5. Place the turkey breast on the tray with the skin side up.
- 6. Spread a thin layer of mustard over the surface of the breast.
- 7. Drizzle the meat with honey.
- 8. Sprinkle the breast generously with mixed pepper.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees conventional heat.
- 10. Bake the breast in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- 11. Check the core temperature with a meat thermometer.
- 12. Remove the breast when it reaches 80 degrees.
- 13. Let the meat rest briefly.
- 14. Slice the turkey breast.
- 15. Serve the slices on a plate.
