  1. 1. Mix the ground turkey with the two egg yolks and 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Moisten your hands with water.
  4. 4. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
  5. 5. Keep the meatballs cold until you are ready to use them.
  6. 6. Wash the peppers.
  7. 7. Remove the stems and the inside of the peppers.
  8. 8. Slice the peppers into thin rings.
  9. 9. Wash the spring onions.
  10. 10. Remove the ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions diagonally into small rings.
  12. 12. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  13. 13. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  14. 14. Roll the meatballs in the remaining breadcrumbs.
  15. 15. Heat the butter in a pan.
  16. 16. Fry the meatballs until golden brown over medium heat.
  17. 17. Fry the meatballs for a total of 8 to 10 minutes.
  18. 18. Fry the meatballs on all sides.
  19. 19. Remove the meatballs from the pan.
  20. 20. Let the meatballs drain on kitchen paper.
  21. 21. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  22. 22. Fry the spring onions, peppers, and cherry tomatoes in it.
  23. 23. Fry the vegetables for 5 to 7 minutes.
