  6. 6. Wash the chili pepper under running water.
  7. 7. Remove the stem and seeds of the chili pepper.
  8. 8. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Peel one clove of garlic.
  10. 10. Wash the mint.
  11. 11. Shake the mint dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Finely chop half of the mint leaves.
  14. 14. Squeeze the soaked bread roll to remove excess milk.
  15. 15. Mix the minced meat with the egg.
  16. 16. Add the squeezed bread roll to the meat.
  17. 17. Add the chopped mint to the meat.
  18. 18. Add the chopped chili pepper to the meat.
  19. 19. Press the peeled clove of garlic directly into the meat mixture.
