🍽️ Grilled Turkey and Tomato Skewers

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 600 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 12 wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Place the skewers in a bowl of water.
- 2. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
- 3. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the turkey breast into uniform cubes.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 6. Whisk the honey, lemon juice, and oil together in a small bowl.
- 7. Season the marinade to taste with salt.
- 8. Thread the meat cubes and tomatoes alternately onto the soaked skewers.
- 9. Place the skewers on the preheated grill.
- 10. Grill the skewers for about 6 to 8 minutes.
- 11. Turn the skewers occasionally while grilling.
- 12. Brush the skewers repeatedly with the marinade in between.
