Ingredients
- 2 slices toast bread
- 2 slices smoked turkey breast
- Thai basil
- Spring onions (the green part)
- 40 g cream cheese
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Toast the slices in a toaster or pan until golden brown.
- 2. Take one slice and spread cream cheese evenly over it.
- 3. Season the cheese layer with a little pepper.
- 4. Place the turkey slices on top of the cream cheese layer.
- 5. Top the sandwich with fresh basil leaves.
- 6. Add chopped spring onions as the final topping.
- 7. Cover the sandwich with the second toast slice.
- 8. Cut the finished sandwich diagonally in half.
