🍽️ Crispy Turkey Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 80 g green olives
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- salt
- chili powder
- 8 wheat tortillas
- 4 large wheat tortillas
- 200 g grated mozzarella
- 200 g grated cheese (e.g. cheddar)
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 2. Immediately shock the tomatoes with cold water.
- 3. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
- 6. Dice the tomatoes finely.
- 7. Peel the onion.
- 8. Peel the garlic clove.
- 9. Finely chop the onion.
- 10. Finely chop the garlic.
- 11. Cut the olives into small pieces.
- 12. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
- 13. Pat the turkey breast dry with kitchen paper.
- 14. Finely chop the turkey meat.
- 15. Heat a pan with oil.
- 16. Fry the onions and garlic in the pan until they are crumbly.
- 17. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
- 18. Continue frying the tomatoes for about 5 minutes.
- 19. Fold the coriander greens into the tomato mixture.
- 20. Fold the olives into the tomato mixture.
- 21. Season the filling with salt.
- 22. Season the filling with chili.
- 23. Place four tortilla wraps on a round quesadilla grill.
- 24. Mix the mozzarella with the cheddar.
- 25. Spread half of the cheese mixture onto the tortilla wraps.
- 26. Distribute the turkey meat over the cheese.
- 27. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling.
- 28. Place a second tortilla wrap on top.
- 29. Fold the grill together.
- 30. Press the grill firmly.
- 31. Close the grill.
- 32. Grill the quesadillas for about 10 minutes.
- 33. Turn the quesadillas occasionally while grilling.
- 34. Remove the quesadillas from the grill.
- 35. Cut the quesadillas into pieces.
- 36. Serve the quesadillas.
