  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken meat into small, even cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the peppers thoroughly under running water.
  5. 5. Halve the peppers lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper halves.
  7. 7. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the zucchini under running water.
  9. 9. Slice the zucchini into thick, round slices.
  10. 10. Alternately thread chicken cubes and vegetable pieces onto 8 wooden skewers.
  11. 11. Crush the coriander seeds finely in a mortar.
  12. 12. Mix the ground coriander with the lemon juice.
  13. 13. Stir the curry powder into the lemon-coriander mixture.
  14. 14. Add the oil to the marinade and stir everything well.
  15. 15. Season the marinade with freshly ground pepper.
  16. 16. Brush the skewers generously with the marinade.
  17. 17. Salt the skewers to taste.
  18. 18. Place the skewers on the preheated hot grill.
  19. 19. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes.
