🍽️ Vegetable Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 mild onions
- 2 small zucchini
- 0.5 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into small, even cubes.
- 4. Wash the peppers thoroughly under running water.
- 5. Halve the peppers lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper halves.
- 7. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Wash the zucchini under running water.
- 9. Slice the zucchini into thick, round slices.
- 10. Alternately thread chicken cubes and vegetable pieces onto 8 wooden skewers.
- 11. Crush the coriander seeds finely in a mortar.
- 12. Mix the ground coriander with the lemon juice.
- 13. Stir the curry powder into the lemon-coriander mixture.
- 14. Add the oil to the marinade and stir everything well.
- 15. Season the marinade with freshly ground pepper.
- 16. Brush the skewers generously with the marinade.
- 17. Salt the skewers to taste.
- 18. Place the skewers on the preheated hot grill.
- 19. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes.
- 20. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
- 21. Serve the finished skewers with ketchup to taste.
