  1. 1. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips.
  2. 2. Season the meat strips with paprika powder and black pepper.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  4. 4. Halve the bell peppers and remove the inside with the seeds.
  5. 5. Cut the deseeded bell peppers into strips.
  6. 6. Wash the spring onions.
  7. 7. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
  8. 8. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
  9. 9. Heat ghee in a large pan.
  10. 10. Fry the meat strips in batches over high heat.
  11. 11. Lightly salt the meat while frying.
  12. 12. Remove the fried meat from the pan.
  13. 13. Set the meat aside in a warm place.
  14. 14. Add the pepper strips to the hot pan.
  15. 15. Add half of the spring onion rings to the pan.
  16. 16. Add the corn kernels to the pan.
  17. 17. Season the vegetables in the pan with a little paprika powder.
  18. 18. Pour the vegetable broth into the pan.
  19. 19. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  20. 20. Simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  21. 21. Return the fried meat to the pan.
  22. 22. Add the remaining spring onions to the pan.
  23. 23. Add the bean sprouts to the pan.
  24. 24. Let everything heat through briefly.
