🍽️ Pan with Turkey Strips and Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 tsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 40 g ghee
- 1 can corn kernels (320 g drained weight)
- 0.125 l meat broth
- 250 g bean sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips.
- 2. Season the meat strips with paprika powder and black pepper.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Halve the bell peppers and remove the inside with the seeds.
- 5. Cut the deseeded bell peppers into strips.
- 6. Wash the spring onions.
- 7. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 8. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
- 9. Heat ghee in a large pan.
- 10. Fry the meat strips in batches over high heat.
- 11. Lightly salt the meat while frying.
- 12. Remove the fried meat from the pan.
- 13. Set the meat aside in a warm place.
- 14. Add the pepper strips to the hot pan.
- 15. Add half of the spring onion rings to the pan.
- 16. Add the corn kernels to the pan.
- 17. Season the vegetables in the pan with a little paprika powder.
- 18. Pour the vegetable broth into the pan.
- 19. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 20. Simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
- 21. Return the fried meat to the pan.
- 22. Add the remaining spring onions to the pan.
- 23. Add the bean sprouts to the pan.
- 24. Let everything heat through briefly.
- 25. Season the dish to taste with salt and pepper.
