  2. 2. Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Slice the dried tomatoes into thick slices.
  4. 4. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them thoroughly in a salad spinner.
  5. 5. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Lay the lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.
  7. 7. Spread a layer of crème fraîche over the lettuce.
  8. 8. Arrange the tomato slices evenly on top of the crème fraîche.
  9. 9. Place the turkey breast slices on top of the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Add another portion of crème fraîche on top of the meat.
  11. 11. Distribute the cucumber slices as the top layer.
  12. 12. Cover the sandwich with the second bread slice.
  13. 13. Cut the finished sandwich once diagonally into two halves.
