Ingredients
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- Crème fraîche (with herbs)
- 250 g turkey breast fillet
- 3 vine tomatoes
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 0.25 cucumber
- butter
Instructions
- 1. Spread the whole wheat bread slices thinly with butter.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Slice the dried tomatoes into thick slices.
- 4. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them thoroughly in a salad spinner.
- 5. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
- 6. Lay the lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.
- 7. Spread a layer of crème fraîche over the lettuce.
- 8. Arrange the tomato slices evenly on top of the crème fraîche.
- 9. Place the turkey breast slices on top of the tomatoes.
- 10. Add another portion of crème fraîche on top of the meat.
- 11. Distribute the cucumber slices as the top layer.
- 12. Cover the sandwich with the second bread slice.
- 13. Cut the finished sandwich once diagonally into two halves.
