  1. 1. Heat a large pan with a little oil over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop both very finely.
  3. 3. Wash the celery, remove the tough stalks, and cut the vegetable into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers, remove the seeds, and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Fry the ground turkey in the hot pan until it breaks into small crumbles and is lightly browned.
  6. 6. Add the chopped onion, garlic, celery cubes, and chili to the pan.
  7. 7. Sauté the vegetables together with the meat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze the mixture with the meat broth.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. 10. Simmer the chili under a lid on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Wash the canned beans and drain them well in a colander.
  12. 12. Add the drained beans to the chili and cook everything for another 5 minutes.
  13. 13. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more broth and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper again.
  14. 14. Divide the chili among individual bowls.
  15. 15. Add a dollop of sour cream to each chili.
  16. 16. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top.
  17. 17. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
