  2. 2. Finely chop the shallot and the tomato as well.
  3. 3. Mix the meat with the shallot, tomato, and herbs in a bowl.
  4. 4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Shape two flat patties from the mixture.
  6. 6. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
  7. 7. Fry the patties in the hot fat until golden brown on both sides.
  8. 8. Slice the buns in half.
  9. 9. Spread ketchup on one half of the bun.
  10. 10. Spread mayonnaise on the other half of the bun.
  11. 11. Place lettuce leaves on the ketchup-spread side.
  12. 12. Place tomato slices on the lettuce.
  13. 13. Season the tomato slices with a little salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Place the fried turkey patties on the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Close the burger with the mayonnaise-spread bun half.
