  1. 1. Cut the pumpkin flesh into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  3. 3. Cook the pumpkin cubes in the boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Drain the pumpkin and let it drip dry.
  5. 5. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in an oven-safe pan.
  7. 7. Sear the turkey breast firmly on one side.
  8. 8. Turn the meat and place the pan in the preheated oven.
  9. 9. Roast the meat at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
  10. 10. Mix turmeric with cream in a small bowl.
  11. 11. Pour the turmeric cream mixture into the pan when there are 3 minutes of cooking time left.
  12. 12. Heat some ghee in a separate pan.
  13. 13. Fry the prepared pumpkin firmly on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
  14. 14. Season the pumpkin with salt and pepper at the end.
  15. 15. Slice the cooked turkey breast into thick slices.
  16. 16. Arrange the meat slices on a platter.
  17. 17. Pour the sauce over the meat and add the pumpkin.
  18. 18. Garnish the dish with bay leaf strips and star anise.
