  1. 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the bell peppers in half.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds and the white inner membranes.
  4. 4. Dice the bell pepper flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the spring onions and trim the ends.
  6. 6. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  8. 8. Fry the pepper and spring onion vegetables for approx. 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Remove the pan from the heat.
  10. 10. Let the vegetables cool down.
  11. 11. Dice the ham into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  12. 12. Mix the cooled vegetables with the ham.
  13. 13. Add the breadcrumbs.
  14. 14. Add the crème fraîche.
  15. 15. Add the cheese.
  16. 16. Mix everything well together.
  17. 17. Add the lemon juice.
  18. 18. Season with salt.

  20. 20. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if needed.

  26. 26. Press the vegetable layer down slightly.
  27. 27. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
  28. 28. Bake the turkey for approx. 20 minutes.
  29. 29. Serve the dish with a green salad.
