🍽️ Tender Turkey Breast with Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 g Turkey Schnitzel (approx. 125 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Chili Flakes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 Egg Tomatoes
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 3 Stems Thyme
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the breast with salt, pepper, and paprika flakes.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
- 5. Sear the turkey on both sides for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Reduce the heat and let the meat cook through for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 7. Drizzle the finished turkey with lemon juice.
- 8. Wash the zucchini and slice it diagonally.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem area.
- 10. Slice the tomatoes.
- 11. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 12. Sauté the vegetables, garlic, and herbs in the remaining oil for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
- 13. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper.
- 14. Add the tomato slices and let them warm through for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 15. Cut the turkey in half if desired.
- 16. Plate the vegetables and turkey and serve.
