  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the breast with salt, pepper, and paprika flakes.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. 5. Sear the turkey on both sides for about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat and let the meat cook through for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Drizzle the finished turkey with lemon juice.
  8. 8. Wash the zucchini and slice it diagonally.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem area.
  10. 10. Slice the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  12. 12. Sauté the vegetables, garlic, and herbs in the remaining oil for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  13. 13. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Add the tomato slices and let them warm through for 1 to 2 minutes.
  15. 15. Cut the turkey in half if desired.
  16. 16. Plate the vegetables and turkey and serve.
