🍽️ Grilled Turkey Breast Skewers with Tarragon

Ingredients
- 450 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- 1 sprig tarragon
- 3 tbsp grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast fillet under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into cubes of about 2 centimeters.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Sprinkle the garlic with a pinch of salt.
- 6. Mash the garlic into a paste using the flat side of a knife.
- 7. Wash the fresh tarragon under running water.
- 8. Shake the herb dry.
- 9. Pluck the fine leaves from the stems.
- 10. Cut the tarragon leaves into fine strips.
- 11. Place the mashed garlic into a bowl.
- 12. Add the cut tarragon strips.
- 13. Add the mustard to the bowl.
- 14. Add the oil to the bowl.
- 15. Whisk the marinade ingredients together well.
- 16. Add the meat cubes to the marinade.
- 17. Gently fold the meat cubes in so they are completely coated.
- 18. Cover the bowl.
- 19. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
- 20. Let the meat marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 21. Thread the marinated meat cubes onto 8 grill skewers.
- 22. Preheat your grill.
- 23. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 24. Grill the skewers all around.
- 25. Grill the skewers for 6 to 8 minutes.
