🍽️ Crispy Grilled Squid Skewers

Ingredients
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 500 g squid tubes
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2. Rinse the squid rings briefly under cold water.
- 3. Pat the squid rings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Thread the squid rings onto eight prepared wooden skewers.
- 5. Brush the skewers with lime juice.
- 6. Roll the skewers in the breadcrumb mixture.
- 7. Press the coating firmly so it sticks well.
- 8. Brush the skewers with some oil.
- 9. Grill the skewers on the grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 11. Serve the skewers with fresh lime wedges.
