🥗 Pulled Chicken in Lettuce Tacos

Ingredients
- 300 g cooked chicken breast fillet
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- salt
- pepper
- chili flakes
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 stalks celery
- 8 radicchio leaves
- 2 sprigs parsley
Instructions
- 1. Shred the chicken breast fillets into small fibers using a fork.
- 2. Peel the carrot and wash it.
- 3. Grate the carrot coarsely.
- 4. Wash the tomato.
- 5. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Halve the onion.
- 8. Cut the onion halves into thin strips.
- 9. Mix the shredded chicken, grated carrot, tomato cubes, and onion strips in a bowl.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- 11. Stir the yogurt with the lemon juice in a small bowl.
- 12. Season the yogurt-lemon mixture with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- 13. Clean the celery and wash it.
- 14. Cut the celery into small pieces.
- 15. Wash the radicchio leaves.
- 16. Dry the radicchio leaves by shaking them.
- 17. Wash the parsley.
- 18. Dry the parsley by shaking it.
- 19. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 20. Fill the lettuce leaves with the chicken mixture.
- 21. Top the filled lettuce with the cut celery pieces and chopped parsley.
- 22. Drizzle the tacos with the yogurt-lemon sauce.
