  3. 3. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Boil the beans in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the beans and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  7. 7. Let the beans drain well.
  8. 8. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  9. 9. Fry the mushrooms in the hot ghee until brown.
  10. 10. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
  11. 11. Add some fresh ghee to a pot.
  12. 12. Sauté the chopped onions in the pot.
  13. 13. Pour the cream over the onions.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Let the sauce simmer for about 2 minutes.

  20. 20. Fry the meat strips in the pan for about 4 minutes.

  22. 22. Stir 2 tablespoons of water into the meat.
  23. 23. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice.
  24. 24. Stir everything well to combine.
  25. 25. Plate the meat.
  26. 26. Serve the beans with the sauce alongside.
  27. 27. Top the dish with the fried mushrooms.
