🍽️ Quick Princess Beans with Meat

Ingredients
- 400 g princess bean
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 150 g whipping cream
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the beans thoroughly and remove the tough ends.
- 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- 4. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- 5. Boil the beans in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Drain the beans and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 7. Let the beans drain well.
- 8. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
- 9. Fry the mushrooms in the hot ghee until brown.
- 10. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
- 11. Add some fresh ghee to a pot.
- 12. Sauté the chopped onions in the pot.
- 13. Pour the cream over the onions.
- 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 15. Let the sauce simmer for about 2 minutes.
- 16. Add the basil to the sauce.
- 17. Add the drained beans to the sauce.
- 18. Heat the beans briefly in the sauce.
- 19. Heat ghee in a separate frying pan.
- 20. Fry the meat strips in the pan for about 4 minutes.
- 21. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 22. Stir 2 tablespoons of water into the meat.
- 23. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice.
- 24. Stir everything well to combine.
- 25. Plate the meat.
- 26. Serve the beans with the sauce alongside.
- 27. Top the dish with the fried mushrooms.
- 28. Serve the food immediately.
