🍽️ Fresh Cranberry Juice

Ingredients
- 3 kg cranberries
- 1 l water
- 4 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp orange juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cranberries and remove any unripe or damaged berries.
- 2. Place the cleaned berries into a pot.
- 3. Lightly crush the berries using a potato masher or the back of a spoon.
- 4. Add the water to the crushed berries in the pot.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- 6. Let the fruits simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 7. Hang a juice cloth over a clean pot.
- 8. Pour the cooked fruit mixture into the juice cloth.
- 9. Let the juice drip slowly into the pot placed underneath.
- 10. Stir the collected juice thoroughly with the cane sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice.
- 11. Bring the sweetened juice to a brief boil once.
- 12. Skim off the rising foam using a skimmer.
- 13. Fill the hot juice into sterile bottles.
- 14. Seal the bottles tightly.
