  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the cranberries and remove any unripe or damaged berries.
  2. 2. Place the cleaned berries into a pot.
  3. 3. Lightly crush the berries using a potato masher or the back of a spoon.
  4. 4. Add the water to the crushed berries in the pot.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  6. 6. Let the fruits simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  7. 7. Hang a juice cloth over a clean pot.
  8. 8. Pour the cooked fruit mixture into the juice cloth.
  9. 9. Let the juice drip slowly into the pot placed underneath.
  10. 10. Stir the collected juice thoroughly with the cane sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice.
  11. 11. Bring the sweetened juice to a brief boil once.
  12. 12. Skim off the rising foam using a skimmer.
  13. 13. Fill the hot juice into sterile bottles.
  14. 14. Seal the bottles tightly.
