  2. 2. Puree the berries finely using a hand blender.
  3. 3. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  4. 4. Warm up two or three tablespoons of the cranberry puree in a small saucepan.
  5. 5. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  6. 6. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm puree while stirring.
  7. 7. Stir the gelatin mixture into the remaining cranberry puree.
  8. 8. Stir the yogurt into the cranberry-gelatin mixture.
  9. 9. Separate the eggs.
  10. 10. Use the egg yolks for another purpose.
  11. 11. Put the egg whites into a tall container.
  12. 12. Whisk the egg whites with the beaters of a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  13. 13. Stream in the sugar while whisking.
  14. 14. Gently fold the egg whites into the yogurt-fruit mixture.
  15. 15. Fill the mixture into glasses.
  16. 16. Chill the glasses.
  17. 17. Chop the chocolate roughly.
  18. 18. Put the chocolate pieces into a bowl.
  19. 19. Melt the chocolate over a bowl of warm water.
  20. 20. Add the almond sticks to the melted chocolate.
  21. 21. Stir until the almonds are coated all around with chocolate.
  22. 22. Place a piece of baking paper on the work surface.
  23. 23. Place the chocolate-almond mixture in stick shapes on the paper using a teaspoon.
  24. 24. Let the sticks set completely.
  25. 25. Carefully peel the sticks off the paper.
  26. 26. Serve the sticks together with the yogurt foam.
