Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cranberry jam
- 150 g quark (low-fat)
- 2 tbsp crème légère
- 1 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients except the cranberry jam into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the mixture with a spoon until it is uniform.
- 3. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, or other spices as needed.
- 4. Take the jam and spread it evenly over the surface of the dip.
- 5. Place the remaining whole cranberries on top of the dip.
