🍰 Date-Almond Pralines

Ingredients
- 100 g Dates (pitted)
- 100 g Almond kernels
- 30 g Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Rum (or juice)
- 200 g Vegan coating chocolate
- Chopped almond kernels (or coconut flakes for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Put the dates, almonds, and cocoa powder into a food processor.
- 2. Add two tablespoons of rum.
- 3. Blend the ingredients until a fine mixture forms.
- 4. Check if the mixture is pliable and moldable.
- 5. If the mixture seems too dry, add a little more rum and mix again.
- 6. Shape the mixture into 20 to 25 small balls.
- 7. Melt the chocolate coating over a hot water bath.
- 8. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate until it is completely covered.
- 9. Roll the coated balls in coconut flakes or chopped nuts, as desired.
- 10. Place the pralines on baking paper.
- 11. Let the chocolate dry in the air.
