  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
  2. 2. Carefully remove the pits from the fruit, but leave the stems attached.
  3. 3. Pour the liqueur over the pitted cherries.
  4. 4. Let the fruit soak in the liqueur for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Place the empty praline shells into the closing mold.
  6. 6. Place one marinated cherry into each shell.
  7. 7. Fill the hollow space in the shell with a little liqueur.
  8. 8. Finely chop 100 grams of the chocolate.
  9. 9. Put the chopped chocolate into a bowl.
  10. 10. Bring the cream to a boil in a pot.
  11. 11. Pour the hot cream directly over the chocolate.
  12. 12. Stir the mixture from the center outwards.
  13. 13. Continue stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and a smooth, thick cream has formed.
  14. 14. Let the chocolate cream cool down until it is spreadable.
  15. 15. Seal the opening of the praline shells around the stem with the cooled cream.
  16. 16. Let the pralines set for at least 1 hour.
  17. 17. Finely chop the remaining chocolate.
  18. 18. Place a pot with hot water on the stove.
  19. 19. Place a heatproof bowl with the chopped chocolate over the hot water (bain-marie).
  20. 20. Melt the chocolate in the water bath until it is liquid.
  21. 21. Dip the cherries into the melted chocolate.
  22. 22. Roll the bottom part of the praline in the sprinkles.
  23. 23. Place the finished pralines on a tray.
