🍽️ Quark Power with Grapes

Ingredients
- 5 unpeeled almond kernels
- 10 g oat flakes (1 heaped Tbsp)
- 3 Tbsp low-fat quark
- 50 ml whey (plain)
- 1 tsp honey
- 100 g seedless table grapes
Instructions
- 1. Heat a non-stick pan without oil.
- 2. Add the almonds and the oat flakes to the hot pan.
- 3. Roast the mixture briefly until it smells good.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- 5. Put the quark, the whey and the honey in a small bowl.
- 6. Whisk the mixture creamy with a spoon.
- 7. Wash the grapes thoroughly under running water.
- 8. Dry the grapes.
- 9. Cut the grapes in half.
- 10. Fold in the roasted almonds and oat flakes into the quark mixture.
- 11. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
