🍽️ Grilled Poult with Fresh Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Poult (approx. 1.5 kg)
- Lemons
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 1 onion
- 0.5 chili pepper
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the shallot and the garlic.
- 3. Mix the vegetables with lemon juice, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Divide the poult into 8 to 10 portions.
- 5. Coat the meat pieces with the marinade.
- 6. Let the meat marinate covered in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 7. Peel the onion and the garlic for the sauce.
- 8. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 9. Wash the peppers.
- 10. Slice the peppers lengthwise.
- 11. Remove the seeds and all white inner membranes.
- 12. Dice the peppers very finely.
- 13. Mix the prepared vegetables with lemon juice and oil.
- 14. Simmer the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 15. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 16. Remove the sauce from the heat.
- 17. Stir the chives into the sauce.
- 18. Let the sauce cool down.
- 19. Preheat the grill.
- 20. Grill the poult pieces for about 10 minutes on each side.
- 21. Serve the meat with the herb sauce.
