  2. 2. Remove the tough stems from the savoy cabbage and cut the leaves into thin strips.
  3. 3. Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds.
  4. 4. Peel the celery and potatoes and cut them into small chunks.
  5. 5. Clean the leek and slice it into rings.
  6. 6. Heat ghee in a large pot.
  7. 7. Add all the prepared vegetables to the pot and sauté them briefly.
  8. 8. Lightly salt the vegetables.
  9. 9. Add the meat cubes and stir everything well.
  10. 10. Sprinkle some peppercorns over the mixture.
  11. 11. Pour in the broth.
  12. 12. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about 50 minutes.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the finished dish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
