Ingredients
- 500 g beef brisket (without fat)
- 0.5 small savoy cabbage
- 1.5 l meat broth
- 4 carrots
- 1 leek stalk
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 0.5 celeriac
- 4 potatoes
- salt
- 4 peppercorns
- ghee
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into small cubes.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the savoy cabbage and cut the leaves into thin strips.
- 3. Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds.
- 4. Peel the celery and potatoes and cut them into small chunks.
- 5. Clean the leek and slice it into rings.
- 6. Heat ghee in a large pot.
- 7. Add all the prepared vegetables to the pot and sauté them briefly.
- 8. Lightly salt the vegetables.
- 9. Add the meat cubes and stir everything well.
- 10. Sprinkle some peppercorns over the mixture.
- 11. Pour in the broth.
- 12. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about 50 minutes.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished dish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
