  3. 3. Simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the dark chocolate.
  5. 5. Stir the chocolate pieces into the porridge.
  6. 6. Let the chocolate melt for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  7. 7. Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Cut the banana halves into slices about 1 cm thick.
  9. 9. Heat a pan without fat and roast the peanuts for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  10. 10. Fill the porridge into glasses or small bowls.
  11. 11. Top the porridge with the banana slices, peanuts, and cocoa nibs.
