🍳 Chocolate Banana Porridge with Roasted Peanuts

Ingredients
- 600 ml oat drink (oat milk)
- 200 g fine spelt flakes
- 14 g cocoa powder (2 tbsp; highly defatted)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 50 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
- 2 bananas
- 60 g unsalted peanut kernels (4 tbsp)
- 20 g cocoa nibs (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oat drink in a pot.
- 2. Stir in the spelt flakes, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
- 3. Simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
- 4. Roughly chop the dark chocolate.
- 5. Stir the chocolate pieces into the porridge.
- 6. Let the chocolate melt for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- 7. Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 8. Cut the banana halves into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 9. Heat a pan without fat and roast the peanuts for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- 10. Fill the porridge into glasses or small bowls.
- 11. Top the porridge with the banana slices, peanuts, and cocoa nibs.
