  4. 4. Let the porridge simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Wash the apple under running water.
  7. 7. Grate the flesh on a coarse grater.
  8. 8. Remove the core and discard it.
  9. 9. Drizzle the grated apples with lemon juice.
  10. 10. Sort through the berries and remove any stems.
  11. 11. Rinse the berries briefly.
  12. 12. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Fold the grated apples into the finished porridge.
  14. 14. Season the porridge with honey and cinnamon to taste.
  15. 15. Divide the porridge among four small bowls.
  16. 16. Add one tablespoon of yogurt to each serving.
  17. 17. Top the breakfast with the prepared berries.
  18. 18. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top.
