  5. 5. Cut the leek into pieces about 10 centimeters long.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
  7. 7. Rinse the thyme sprigs briefly under running water.
  8. 8. Shake the thyme sprigs dry.
  9. 9. Place a piece of aluminum foil on a flat surface.
  10. 10. Arrange the leek pieces on the aluminum foil.
  11. 11. Add the garlic and thyme to the leek.
  12. 12. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Drizzle some olive oil over it.
  14. 14. Seal the aluminum foil carefully.
  15. 15. Place the packet on the hot grill.
