Ingredients
- 4 stalks leek
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch lemon thyme
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Cut the leek lengthwise.
- 3. Wash the leek thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the outer, wilted leaves.
- 5. Cut the leek into pieces about 10 centimeters long.
- 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 7. Rinse the thyme sprigs briefly under running water.
- 8. Shake the thyme sprigs dry.
- 9. Place a piece of aluminum foil on a flat surface.
- 10. Arrange the leek pieces on the aluminum foil.
- 11. Add the garlic and thyme to the leek.
- 12. Season everything with salt and pepper.
- 13. Drizzle some olive oil over it.
- 14. Seal the aluminum foil carefully.
- 15. Place the packet on the hot grill.
- 16. Grill the leek for about 8 minutes.
