  2. 2. Roast the ingredients without fat over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the pan from the heat.
  4. 4. Transfer the roasted mixture into a bowl.
  5. 5. Let the mixture cool down briefly.
  6. 6. Put the corn kernels into the same pan.
  7. 7. Cover the pan.
  8. 8. Heat the corn over medium heat.
  9. 9. Shake the pan constantly until all corn kernels have popped into popcorn.
  10. 10. Add the finished popcorn to the bowl with the buckwheat-sesame mixture.
  11. 11. Add puffed amaranth, oat flakes, and raisins.
  12. 12. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  13. 13. Fill the muesli into a storage jar.
  14. 14. Seal the jar tightly.
  15. 15. Store the muesli in a cool place.
  16. 16. Take 3 tablespoons (30 grams) of muesli for one serving.
  17. 17. Place the muesli into a bowl.
  18. 18. Add yogurt or milk to your liking.
