🍳 Crunchy Popcorn Muesli with Raisins

Ingredients
- 100 g buckwheat
- 70 g sesame (7 tbsp)
- 50 g popcorn corn (2.5 tbsp)
- 50 g puffed amaranth
- 100 g fine oat flakes
- 50 g raisins (4 tbsp)
- 200 g yoghurt or 200 ml milk (1.5% fat) and
- 150 g chopped fruit
Instructions
- 1. Put buckwheat and sesame seeds into a non-stick pan.
- 2. Roast the ingredients without fat over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes.
- 3. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 4. Transfer the roasted mixture into a bowl.
- 5. Let the mixture cool down briefly.
- 6. Put the corn kernels into the same pan.
- 7. Cover the pan.
- 8. Heat the corn over medium heat.
- 9. Shake the pan constantly until all corn kernels have popped into popcorn.
- 10. Add the finished popcorn to the bowl with the buckwheat-sesame mixture.
- 11. Add puffed amaranth, oat flakes, and raisins.
- 12. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 13. Fill the muesli into a storage jar.
- 14. Seal the jar tightly.
- 15. Store the muesli in a cool place.
- 16. Take 3 tablespoons (30 grams) of muesli for one serving.
- 17. Place the muesli into a bowl.
- 18. Add yogurt or milk to your liking.
- 19. Garnish the dish with fresh seasonal fruit.
