Ingredients
- 125 g cornmeal
- 0.5 l milk
- 0.5 bunch chopped parsley
- butter (for frying)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat the cornmeal together with the milk in a pot. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper. Let the porridge simmer for 15 minutes until it becomes very firm and thick.
- 2. Mix the finished porridge with the parsley. Let the mixture cool down, then spread it onto a slightly moist cutting board and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up. Cut the polenta into diamond shapes and fry the pieces in butter until golden brown and crispy.
