  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low.
  5. 5. Let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  6. 6. Peel the banana.
  7. 7. Cut the banana into small pieces.
  8. 8. Place the banana pieces on a plate.
  9. 9. Mash the banana pieces into a puree using a fork.
  10. 10. Squeeze the half orange to extract the juice.
  11. 11. Remove the pot with the polenta from the heat.
  12. 12. Add 2 tablespoons of orange juice to the polenta.
  13. 13. Stir in the banana puree.
  14. 14. Let the porridge cool down to a suitable temperature.
  15. 15. Feed the porridge to the baby.
