🍽️ Polenta Orange Porridge

Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk (3.5 % Fat)
- 15 g Polenta (1 heaped Tbsp)
- 50 g small Bananas (0.5 small Banana)
- 0.5 Orange
Instructions
- 1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan.
- 2. Slowly stir in the polenta using a whisk.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low.
- 5. Let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 6. Peel the banana.
- 7. Cut the banana into small pieces.
- 8. Place the banana pieces on a plate.
- 9. Mash the banana pieces into a puree using a fork.
- 10. Squeeze the half orange to extract the juice.
- 11. Remove the pot with the polenta from the heat.
- 12. Add 2 tablespoons of orange juice to the polenta.
- 13. Stir in the banana puree.
- 14. Let the porridge cool down to a suitable temperature.
- 15. Feed the porridge to the baby.
